This is the best designed and produced motorcycle ever. The Honda CG125 was a design of simplicity and durability. The engine uses meshing timing gears and eliminate the need for a chain which breaks or needs adjustment. This Change in design makes the motor even simpler to disassemble while still on the bike. 
The complete head and cylinder can easily be removed and replaced in a few hours. The similar designed bike the Honda CB125 needs to have the entire motor removed from the frame, which will require a few more hours or a full day.
The Motor will run for thousands of miles and only needs a regulay 3 month oil change to keep it running smooth. Its simple design also saves in the pocket, it gets about 80 mpg. This is a great bike for geting around town and into close parking spaces.
This bike began production in the early 1970's and is still made in Brazil and England to this day.
Major upgrades have been accomplished with the front brake and electric starter. The voltage is upgraded form the original 6 volt to the modern standards of 12 volts.
I Have restored 3 of these bike here in thailand. It was sold in Thailand as both the Original CG110 and CG125 and the later model called the JX110 and JX125.
